Vinyasa Flow, with Camille Beauzile
Tuesdays, 9–10:30 AM
This practice offers the space to move with intention, depth, and presence. Rooted in mindful breath, the class begins with grounding and centering before building into a dynamic Vinyasa flow that strengthens, opens, and balances the body. With time to explore alignment, deeper postures, and meditative stillness, students are guided through a journey that connects body, mind, and spirit. The practice closes with restorative poses and a spacious savasana, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and renewed from the inside out.
About Camille
Camille is a passionate and intuitive movement guide, blending over two decades of experience in the healing arts. As a certified Pilates instructor, 600-hour yoga instructor, seasoned bodywork therapist, and sound healer, she brings a holistic and deeply embodied approach to wellness. Her teaching emphasizes alignment, breath, and presence, empowering students to move with intention, strength, and grace.
With a background in therapeutic bodywork, Camille has a profound understanding of the body’s mechanics and subtle energy systems. Her sessions often integrate mindful movement, breath awareness, and sound healing to create a grounded, nurturing space where transformation can unfold. Whether guiding a dynamic Pilates class or a restorative sound bath, she meets each student with care, compassion, and a commitment to their unique path of healing and growth.
