Rediscover meditation as a fully embodied practice. Instead of trying to quiet the mind or reach a special state, the practice begins by dropping awareness downward into the physical body. The body becomes the meditation seat, the teacher, and the gateway into awakened presence. Through a series of guided practices, you’ll learn to rest your attention in the body, relax habitual tension, and cultivate a grounded resilience that supports you on and off the cushion.
About Jenna:
Jenna Harrison has been dedicated to embodied practice for over 25 years. She began teaching yoga in Los Angeles after completing her training at The White Lotus Foundation in 1995. In 2002, she met Dr. Reggie Ray at Shambhala Mountain Center, where she immersed herself in Buddhist studies and meditation. Authorized to teach by Dr. Ray in 2012, Jenna has since guided groups internationally and worked with students individually, offering meditation instruction rooted in presence, embodiment, and heartfelt connection.
