Sound Bath with Anna Marden

Experience a sonic journey featuring the ambient percussive sounds of multiple gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan brass bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drum, and more! Breathe, relax, drop in, meditate, create, set an intention—or not. It’s OK if you fall asleep. There is no wrong way to experience a sound bath! BYO Mat, cushions, blankets, eye mask, and other chosen comfort items. Extra mats and cushions are available if you don’t have your own. It is recommended to dress in layers for body temperature regulation. 

Please note: Sound baths can provide complementary healing but are not a substitute for traditional medicine. Please consult with your doctor if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, pins, or plates in your body, to confirm that this type of experience is appropriate for you.
