Sound healer Priscilla Warner will play Tibetan bowls, bells, and gongs in this special practice designed to help with grief. In Sanskrit, “Dukkha” means suffering or sorrow, while “Dana” means generosity or giving, thus promoting the alleviation of suffering from sorrow.
While mats and blankets are available, we recommend bringing your own, along with any other comfort items you might need.
This event is free for the community, but space is limited. Registration is required.
