In this 3 class movement series, we will mobilize our joints, address postural weaknesses, and focus on balance, breath, and feet.
Class is performed barefoot, and mats and props provided.
Dynamic Aging is appropriate for anyone who can walk unaided, and who has a basic fitness level (can squat, get on the floor, and perform a push-up against the wall).
