How to get there
Filmmaker Reece Robinson discusses his forthcoming feature documentary, TICKING POINT. Now in production, the film captures the island’s response to ticks and alpha-gal syndrome as residents, hunters, scientists, and public health officials work together to confront tick-borne illness at its source.
Drawing on nine months of filming, Reece will share early footage, discuss the filmmaking process, and offer an inside look at the island’s search for solutions as it unfolds in real time. The evening will include conversation and Q&A about the film, the tick crisis, and how the Martha’s Vineyard community can help shape the project going forward.
This program is free; donations are encouraged.
