Join healing practitioner Sue Angeley as she utilizes two different modalities that employ vibrational energy to lead you into a deeply restorative state of relaxation. Both sound and crystals were used in ancient cultures dating back thousands of years. During this session you can hold a specific crystal you are drawn to, or she will place crystals on your chakras. This, incorporated with the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, promotes balance and relaxation, and reduces stress.

While mats and blankets will be available if needed, we recommend bringing your own, along with any other comfort items you might need.

The price of participation is on a sliding scale ($20–$40).

Please note: Sound baths and crystals can provide complementary healing but are not a substitute for traditional medicine. Please consult with your doctor if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker, pins, or plates in your body, to confirm that this type of experience is appropriate for you.
