Camille Beauzile is a passionate and intuitive movement guide, blending over two decades of experience in the healing arts. As a certified Pilates instructor, 600-hour yoga instructor, seasoned bodywork therapist, and sound healer, she brings a holistic and deeply embodied approach to wellness. Her teaching emphasizes alignment, breath, and presence, empowering students to move with intention, strength, and grace.
With a background in therapeutic bodywork, Camille has a profound understanding of the body’s mechanics and subtle energy systems. Her sessions often integrate mindful movement, breath awareness, and sound healing to create a grounded, nurturing space where transformation can unfold.
