About Emily
My grandmother always told me, “Whatever it is you want to do with your life, you’re already doing it.” So when I chose to pursue my master’s degree in environmental education, it wasn’t because I wanted to teach. It was because I remembered who I was as a young girl: nestled in the branches of a crabapple tree, barefoot in the stream, searching for salamanders, feeling completely at home in the natural world.
As I grew older, some part of me was always trying to find my way back to that feeling of belonging, yet the more I pursued the modern world’s version of success, the farther I drifted from it. After years of traveling and trying to find myself, I eventually returned to my roots: tending the land and my heart in tandem. And after nearly two decades of living on this island—growing my gardens, my children, and in many ways, myself—I began supporting others on their healing journeys. What I've learned from 15+ years of doing this work is that the greatest medicine is learning how to come home—to the earth, to our bodies, and to the inherent wisdom within.
I am a certified wellness coach, yoga teacher, womb-circle facilitator, and rites-of-passage mentor. My work is deeply rooted in earth-based spirituality and somatic healing practices. I am passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the body, the rhythms of nature, and that deeply felt sense of belonging.
